Request Transcripts/Records

Transcript
 
To request a transcript for yourself please email your request and include the following information:
  • Graduation date or last date attended.
  • Photo of your Picture ID, required to protect the privacy of our students' information.
  • Where &/or how you would like the transcript sent.
 
To request a transcript as an agency, on behalf of one of our former students, please email your request and include the following information:
  • Graduation date or last date attended.
  • Clients DOB.
  • Photo of their Picture ID, if possible.
  • A signed authorization to release information  OR  A signed attestation authorizing us to provide you with your clients information.
  • Where &/or how you would like the transcript sent.

Please allow one or two business days for processing. Thank you!
Requests made during non-student days/months may require more time.
 
Students currently enrolled at Jenkins High School may stop in the Counseling Office and request a copy of their transcript during the school day.
 
Records
Requests for student records may be submitted by the enrolling Washington state school through OSPI in the Education Data System Administration (EDS). Requests from out of state districts may email their request.
Please allow 2-3 business days for records to be sent once your request is received.
