Request Transcripts/Records

Transcript
 
To request a transcript for yourself, please email your request and include the following information:
  • Graduation date or last date attended.
  • Full name at the time of graduation.
  • Photo of your Picture ID, required to protect the privacy of our students' information.
  • Where &/or how you would like the transcript sent.
 
To request a transcript as an agency, on behalf of one of our former students, please email your request and include the following information:
  • Graduation date or last date attended.
  • Student's full name at the time of graduation.
  • Student's DOB.
  • Photo of their Picture ID, if possible.
  • A signed authorization to release information  OR  A signed attestation authorizing us to provide you with your client's information.
  • Where &/or how you would like the transcript sent.

Please allow one or two business days for processing. Thank you!
Requests made during non-student days/months may require more time.
 
Students currently enrolled at Jenkins High School may stop in the Counseling Office and request a copy of their transcript during the school day.
 
Records
The enrolling Washington state school may submit requests for student records through OSPI in the Education Data System (EDS). 
 
Out-of-state districts may email their requests. 
Please allow 2-3 business days for records to be sent.
