Army ROTC Scholarships
High school students can earn an Army scholarship through Army ROTC, which is merit-based and covers full tuition, fees, and a monthly stipend for living expenses, plus a book stipend, for up to four years.
To qualify, you must be a U.S. citizen with at least a 2.5 GPA, have taken the SAT/ACT, be medically qualified, and commit to serving in the Army after graduation.
A well-rounded profile demonstrating strong academic achievement, athletic participation, and leadership experience is crucial for competitiveness.

Navy Scholarships
High school students can apply for Navy scholarships primarily through the highly competitive Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship Program for a chance to receive full tuition, room and board, stipends, and other benefits, along with a commission as a Navy or Marine Corps officer after graduation.

Other options include the NROTC Preparatory Scholarship for those needing a foundation, and the SMART Scholarship for STEM students, while the Navy League Foundation and Navy SEAL Foundation offer scholarships for different eligible groups.

US Air Force High School Scholarship Program
High school students can apply for Air Force scholarships through the Air Force /Navy ROTC High School Scholarship Program (HSSP), which covers tuition, fees, textbooks, and provides a monthly stipend for those who attend a college or university with an Air Force ROTC detachment.
Applications open the summer before your senior year, and interested students must apply on the official Air Force ROTC website www.afrotc.com.
Requirements include being a U.S. citizen, having strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0+), and achieving a qualifying SAT or ACT score.

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation
Eligibility Requirements:
Child or step-child of one of the following:
- Active duty, Reserve, or veteran* U.S. Marine.
- A Marine killed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
- Active duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Navy Corpsman, Navy Chaplain, or Religious Program Specialist who is or was attached to a U.S. Marine Corps unit, or who was killed while serving with a U.S. Marine Corps unit. *
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.00.
Adjusted gross income at or below the financial eligibility threshold determined by the Foundation on an annual basis. For the 2026-2027 application, the threshold is $129,000 for tax year 2024.
Attending or planning to attend an accredited school that is eligible for federal funding.
Submit a completed application with all required documents by the deadline. * Veterans must have received an honorable discharge.
